This Riad lies inside the Medina, near the Souk which is an ideal location to experience tradition!Outside the Riad you have the daily business going on with motorbikes, donkeys, lots of people and kids running around but once you step into the Riad you immediately experience a world of peace and calm. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. We received an upgrade to a very nice suite for my birthday and the staff were singing and gave me roses. The food was delicious and the different corners of the hotel are nicely decorated so you can enjoy a nice drink or a piece of cake in one of the salons. The rooftop is super for a relaxing breakfast in the shadow corners or around the small pools.

Worthing

A delightful small concern not far from the main square and transport links (train and buses), with kindly professional staff and a relaxed traditional atmosphere. It’s near several interesting museums and the local workmen’s shops if you’re looking for colourful souvenirs. The rugs and ceramics are particularly beautiful. There are several good restaurants nearby and a lot of local colour. It’s a quiet haven away from the frantic pace of local business life!

very friendly helpful staff, multi lingual and knowledgeable.bemused initially, by the interlocking spaces linked by steps around a traditional courtyard, with fountains and water features, up to various terraces with 3 spa pools.it has charming artisan decor, with intimate salons, one with an open fire. we had a comfortable modern ensuite room.after the first day getting lost in the medina and souk, we found it to be quite central to many of the sights of this wonderful city.

London

The riad surpassed all expectations. A lovely place, created from five separate houses combined to provide lots of different areas, each with its own and decor. The bedrooms are all individually styled and sized. We booked a junior suite which was large, comfortable, and stylish. The inside communal areas are varied with lots of cosy alcoves on different levels (so quite a lot of stairs if you have mobility problems), two plunge pools and several water features. The roof terrace is spacious, full of greenery with another plunge pool and hot tub. It benefits from amazing views over the city rooftops and the Atlas mountains. The food is high quality: breakfast is good and served whereever you want it (we always had it on the roof); optional evening meals are also great - no choice but you know in advance of booking what the menu for that day is. Again you can eat wherever you want and the service is fantastic. We had an amazingly romantic dinner on our final evening with a large room to ourselves, next to a roaring fire and rose petals on the table. Staff are friendly very attentive, good natured, efficient and will do anything they can to make the stay as pleasurable as possible.A truly amazing and very relaxing experience while being well placed to take advantage of the excitement and the medina just outside the door. Would recommend very highly and would definitely stay here any time we visit Marrakech.

Royal Tunbridge Wells

Very impressed with this hotel. Clean, well presented, great location and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. They made our trip significantly better. The breakfasts were plentiful and the rooms were more than adequate for wat you need. Amazing views from the top as well. Ideal for sunset watching. Thank you

Lovely little Riad with very friendly welcoming, polite and helpful staff . Were met at the taxi rank on arrival and bags carried to the door of our room . Room was very good clean and luxurious and very comfortable . Rest of the hotel was very cosy with an open fire and indoor water features with plenty of spaces to sit and relax in comfort . Good continental breakfast served on the terrace . Only downside was internet could be better , we couldn't get any in our room and was intermittent elsewhere on more than a few occasions . Other than that it's a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend to anyone . When I'm in Marrakech again I'll try and get a room here .

St Helens

Myself and my partner spent 7 days in Marrakech, 5 of these days spent at the riad. It is beautiful, cleanliness is really high and as soon as you step in through the doors it's like you've entered the set of a fairytail movie.The staff were the most helpful I've ever met, my partner lost her phone in the taxi on the way from the airport to the riad, we made the staff at the riad aware and within 20 minutes it was returned.We also had a bad experience with a fake guide demanding money for showing us the tanneries, again, we made the riad aware and they sent the 'guide' on his way.Unfortunately, the people who make a living by disoriented and confused tourists bring the whole marrakech experience down. If we are to return to Marrakech in the future, we will certainly book this riad and likely not exit until our return flight is due. It really is a beautiful oasis in the center of a busy, manic city.Shukran to all the staff. You made our holiday.

Our second visit..and we were not dissapointed. The riad is beautiful and a peaceful retreat from the hectic souks.Ismael and his team looked after us and as it was our 25th anniversary...upgraded us in our room and we look forward to returning soon.The pools on the roof terrace were fabulous..as its been 40° all week...perfect. thank you to all of you at our favourite riad xxx

Rockingham

My sister and I stayed at the Riad in a Suite. We arrived on a Sunday in a taxi not realising that the taxi can only go so far and then you need to walk to the riad. It was a Sunday and it was mayhem inside the Medina. We found our way to the riad with help from young youth and 30 dirhams. We should have let Reception know we were on our way and someone would have met us from the taxi. In a matter of seconds you go from crazy to calm.Once inside it is so quiet you would never know it’s so busy outside. The riad is beautiful inside. There are nooks and crannies every where you look to sit,eat and relax. The staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. We loved the rooftop area where they serve breakfast and dinner. The pool is small, more like a plunge pool with 5 pool lounges and umbrellas. The riad is centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions.

Overall layout of the Riad and the large spacious roof terrace areas. Nothing was ever a problem for the courteous and friendly team lead by Rashid, who made you feel so welcome. Location is ideal for exploring the Souks and wider area. Sumptuous breakfasts on the roof terrace added to the relaxing stay. Plunge pools on the roof top garden are an added bonus.

This Riad was a pure oasis. Very close(2min walk) to a well known drop off/pick up point in Marrakech, and the staff could not do enough to make you feel comfortable and at home. Each and every member of staff is friendly, warm-hearted and welcoming. Breakfast was beautiful, and the decor colourfully and tastefully done. Thank you to all!

Everything!!!! The place its self is spotlessly clean, the staff are fantastic and the breakfast really tasty. It’s a 10 minute stroll through really interesting streets with stalls and restaurants to the main square. Would definitely come back and stay here!! The plunge pool and jacuzzi are a welcome addition with stunning views

The staff ️ such kind wonderful caring people who really looked after me. My stay started with a trip to the doctor which they helped me find. Then whilst I recovered I was so well looked after. It’s also a really beautiful Riad offering a calm and restorative place to rest after the hustle and bustle of the medina. Great location and easy to walk to most places. The rooftop pool is a lovely place to relax and cool down. The food served is great and they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements. Highly recommend a stay here ️

Wonderful! Warm, welcoming, friendly and kind reception, kitchen, cleaning and hammam staff. Felt like staying with family. Old-world charm, beautiful rooms, delightful roof terrace with plunge pools and plants. For people with mobility issues there are a lot of stairs, and it's a bit of a step to the centre. But so worth it for the culture and the experience. Other than that, perfect! Loved it! Highly recommended. Thank you Riad Moullaoud.

This was our first time in Marrakesh and we loved it ! My self and my partner (young travellers) came and have nothing but high praises for all the staff at the Riad they were so lovely, attentive and kind. I would personally like to thank Rachid, Ayoub and the gentleman that worked the nights / served breakfast you all made Morocco an incredible experience for us. The Riad its self was exactly what we expected and better the rooms were clean and cleaned daily during our stay. The interior design was devine and its location in the heart of the Medina and near the main market square,it was the perfect location would highly recommend to any future travellers.

We are a family of 11 and had 5 rooms. Breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop with a fantastic view over Marrakesh. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Our flight left at midnight and we were offered to keep one room for free. The rooms are beatifully decorated and comfortable. Took daytrip to Beldi Country Club to cool down, recommendable

It was well situated in the Medina around beautiful places to visit. We liked Rashid the receptionist. He was always willing to support and give us hint and direction. Really friendly. The Riad was welcoming and very comfortable bed. There was air conditioning!!! Shout out to Lora the cat!!

Room was exquisite, amazing detailed design, fantastic small pool on the roof terrace (others around the property too), great breakfast and dinner too. Location was spot on - taxis can get almost to the front door, you can walk everywhere - narrow streets are an amazing experience, don't use Google maps - you'll work it out! So much to see and do and eat Great massage too. Massive thank you to Rachid and Hicham - really looked after us, even when ther was a family emergency back at home. They even put the England game on the TV and brought complimentary tea. Amazing internal design. Remember this isn't a hotel so don't expect the same experience - this is the authentic option - always choose this and immerse yourself into the local culture over a boring hotel anyday. Extra recommendation - try a local guided food tour through trip advisor - removes a lot of preconceptions.
